Its thickness is less than 1/4 inch and its aspect ratio (length divided by height) is between 1 to
1.3 and 1 to 2.5 inclusive.
** A flat size piece of mail exceeds any of the following size limits: length exceeds 11
inches; height exceeds 6 1/8 inches and it is thicker that 1/4 inch and its aspect ratio (length
divided by height) does not fall between 1 to 1.3 and 1. To 2.5 inclusive.
*** A post card size piece is no less than 3" by 5" and no larger than 4 1/4" by 6" and is at
least .007 inches thick.
